Junior World Cup Winter League for 2013

Registration is now closed for our 2013 Junior World Cup Winter League.  

We welcome all young soccer players looking to participate in a fun and positive soccer environment utilizing the Carlsbad Lightning’s professional coaching staff.  The Winter League has a World Cup theme and will give boys and girls the opportunity to take part in a unique league where they can imagine that they play for international teams such as Brazil, England, Italy, France, USA and others.

The Winter League will play at Aviara Soccer Park on Saturdays, beginning on February 23 and ending on March 30.

Times:

5 and 6 year olds     1:00 PM to 2:00 PM

7 and 8 year olds     2:15 PM to 3:15 PM

9 to 11 year olds      3:30 PM to 4:30 PM 

The one hour sessions are divided into 30 minutes of training with our professional coaching staff followed by 30 minutes of mini scrimmages.

Cost:  $139.00

Note:  We will accept a maximum of 60 players in each age group and we expect to fill up quickly. The registration fee for the 6 week session is $139.00 and includes a t-shirt and medal. Players should wear shorts, soccer cleats and must have shin guards and bring a water bottle.
